The Binocular Research Microscope (SKU JA-M-947) gives two-eyed viewing through a 45-degree inclined binocular head that rotates through 360 degrees, over DIN achromatic 4x, 10x, 40x SL and 100x SL oil-immersion objectives and DIN WF 10x eyepieces. Slides move on a 135 x 140 mm mechanical stage with low coaxial controls, 50 x 70 mm travel and a graduated vernier, lit by a 6 V 20 W halogen lamp or a daylight mirror.
