The Demo Unit Gas Burner (SKU JA-ELA-5439) is a training model, supplied by JaincoLab, of a fully automatic forced-air gas burner for natural gas, showing all of the burner operating states. It is built with real system components such as the flame safeguard, gas and air pressure control devices, ignition transformer and gas solenoid valves. Nine fault switches in a lockable box let an instructor set faults, which trainees trace through test points brought out to lab jacks.
