The Instantaneous Gas Heater (SKU JA-ELA-5446) is a training model of an instantaneous gas water heater, supplied by JaincoLab, that runs on air rather than gas. Its heat exchanger has been removed so the internal components can be seen clearly, and a diaphragm air pump with pressure regulator supplies air at the correct admission pressure. A PLC simulates lighting the pilot, the thermocouple flame safeguard and the temperature cut-out, and an array of LEDs represents the burner flames.
