Applications of the electric blower in the physics laboratory
In the laboratory the blower is connected through its 2 m hose to apparatus that needs a supply of moving air, for example a linear air track or demonstrations of air flow and air pressure, and the 5 m cable lets it stand away from the bench.
- Supplying air to a linear air track for low-friction motion experiments
- Demonstrations of air flow and air pressure effects
- General laboratory use where a hose-connected air supply is needed
