Description:-
Automatic Compression Testing Machine Prime is fully automated version of the manual/semi-automatic compression testing machine.
The machine is available in 50kN to 5000kN capacity ranges.
The pace rate is maintained by means of full three term PIO feedback control using high torque stepper motors & driver sets.
Data acquisition, storage, management & analysis are all fully automated.
It has provision for automatically turning the pump on & off, controlling the set pace rate & switching the machine off under predetermined conditions.
The control releases the pressure at the end of every run & reinitializes the machine at the beginning of every test.
System Description:-
The complete unit comprises of:
Loading unit:-
The loading unit is of fully welded construction having a top cross head, base & solid side plates with precision ground hydraulic piston fixed to the base.
The platens of the machine are hardened, ground & polished.
Heavy duty upper platen comes with oil filled ball seating arrangement for increased stability.
To facilitate testing of various size specimens, suitable size spacers are provided.
Pumping Unit:-
The dual stage pump allows the fast approach of the platens, for daylight closure & also allows the automatic, precise control over the load application; a pace rate bar on the display givers operator feedback on the loading rate.
Enhanced Digital Indicator (EDI):-
This is the touch screen EDI & features the integral load pacing bar display, maximum load & stress result display, USB output & also Wi-Fi enabled.
These results can further be downloaded to PC through USB.
Results from approximately 2000 completed tests can be stored in the memory & these results can be in Imperial/English, Metric of SI units.
Online monitoring software.
Electronic balance to incorporate weight measurement of the specimen in the test results.
Horizon monitoring software (optional).
Camera to incorporate images of specimen during testing (optional).
